• Cabling (Voice/Data)

   

  For over 30 years, Telecom Service of Atlanta has been designing, installing and maintaining high-performance structured voice and data cable systems in Georgia and around the country. Our expertise is in wiring closet and data center structured cabling design, installation and project management. We specialize in indoor/outdoor voice/data and fiber-optical projects large or small in size.

   

• VOIP Assessment

   

  If your company is thinking about implementing VoIP or expanding the use of VoIP applications, you're probably uncertain whether your existing data network is ready to carry high-quality voice conversations. Our tools monitor your network devices and WAN links on your network to determine their present utilization. We assign them a VoIP Readiness Rating indicating whether upgrades are needed before the additional VoIP packets are added to the mix. In addition, we send simulated VoIP traffic between pre-selected points on a network for a period of time. While the simulated calls are running we take measurements and calculate call quality scores. We then create reports to quantify the data collected to help determine your network's readiness and capacity for handling real VoIP traffic.
